Showrunners love drama more than leads being together 😆 But if RaYa separate it wont make sense. BTW did you watch S1? Any idea why Ram and Priya got separated before Priya had Peehu?

I learnt it after s2 only..

there was some legal case because of ram’s stepbrother and pri was arrested, before she was proved innocent, she gets into accident and has a daughter, if she returns, she had to go to jail and be away from daughter, so she goes off to Dubai, HOW?, you may ask… We don’t know🤣 …

Thanks for the info! I have not seen S1 but saw Baarish which was an adaptation of BALH S1 on OTT. There Ram's character would have made Priya and Shubhu partners for a new venture but turns out there was some fraud regarding that. Shubhu runs away and he takes away all of Ram's money with him. Unfortunately Priya gets arrested coz she was a partner. Shivi by then would have separated from Akki unable to put up with a middle class lifestyle and she will hate Priya for that coz while Priya's social status upgraded after marrying Ram, hers degraded to that of a middle class. She still loves Ram but cannot stand Priya and she supports Shubhu. Ram has amazing friends who support him. Ram though has lost everything, realises he gained everything coz he finally realised Priya's worth in his life and realises he does not need anyone else. There Nandu's character is not evil and she supports Ram. Ram then begins from ground zero and slowly rises up again while Shubhu loses everything and ends up in bigger mess. In the middle a lot of things happens - Priya gets pregnant, loses the baby and Ram blames himself for this coz he was not rich enough at that time to get her the best treatment and protect her from Shubhu. He develops a cold exterior and starts pushing himself hard to achieve his goals. In this process, he gets distant from Priya and Priya becomes pregnant again but there are a lot of MU between them. But they get back in the end. Shivi eventually realises Shubhu can never be anyone's sagah and goes back to Ram. She and Akki dont get back but decide to remain friends. This is a much better track but it was OTT. Cannot expect this on ITV.

At first the story was slow, but the music kept me going …. And by the end , I had such a feel good watching it… yeah, there were few gripes with that too… but somehow they managed to address them by the end of the series and gave a lovely closure…

The dramatic concepts explored were also sweet but simple and showed the contrast of the worlds of Anuj and Gauravi( I love their names in the series)

… and all through, the narrative was never stalled. Every episode had a definitive purpose. And I loved that !

Coming to balh2, they seem to be course correcting… last week was a dull one .., hope it improves! 🤞

My mind has its own degree of corruption, if some things are hell, I will call them that way))

But the casting was damn good!

Women of different ages, color, shape, and regionality…😍 and all of them were well weaved in the story line .👍🏼
