That is true, because he knows that if the property is in her name all his family is taken care of which includes the Kapoors, the Soods and his friends, but if the property is in Nadu’s name he knows only three ppl will takiden care of and his friends, Soods with Priya will be thrown out. He has seen that different shades very clearly in both Priya and Nandu.
