And the thing about so called regressive trp people supporting it...its an irony... like a blame game infact. Makers says people want regressive drama and people says makers only give them shit and no real content. But when a show like anupama becomes hit then it shows people have given it a chance now only if makers had good creative team then they can take it further but unfortunately they dont invest in creativity....they have this same team which works on every other show and have very limited knowledge of good content, they tend to repeat same trp drama in every show.

Very well said. The initial premise of the show and the way it was executed made you root for Anupama's character. You wanted her to break free and discover herself. I get that a clean break was not possible, but the way her subsequent relationship with the Shah's has been handled is appalling. Annihilating her self respect day in day out and justifying it under the guise of "apno ke liye" is horrible.

Anuj becoming Anu was par for the course. Little did we know the "Mere naam mein hi Anu hai" did not have the romantic connotations we thought it did 😆

Had stopped commenting in this forum long back. This show just makes you negative . so much toxicity in the show. For our own sanity one should stop watching this show. Only character i feel sorry is for Anuj here. He is just lover boy now and also turned him into joke. Makers love for toxicity and toxic characters have ruined this show

I also came here after like 5 months. Anuj and MaAn were great for like 60 episodes September through to November. After that stagnant and now downward spiral.
