Yes. Abhi’s decision to discipline Aarohi has been overturned by Mahima. Abhi will feel slighted. Aarohi will be told that Abhi intended to take disciplinary action against her but that HAM had overturned the decision.

Will Ak be happy Aarohi has her job or will she be unhappy her husband’s power in the hospital is being eroded ?

I kind of see it where Akshu would still feel guilty about the who incident even if Arohi was the one driving so she probably would agree to the punishment but she herself would probably feel like she should also be punished. But if everyone truly forgive both of them and Manjari dropped the case and wanted everyone to move onward I could see Akshu saying that for the sake of family relations let by gones be by gones.

And the truth is there have been uniliteral decisions being made because no one is respecting the other's decisions in Birla hospital. Abhi held that music department ceremony without speaking with Anand, Mahima, or Harshvardhan. If he had asked my guess is they would begrudgingly agree. I think at least Anand would have been on Abhi's side. Anand would have been able to convince Harshvardhan or Mahima eventually. But because Abhi made this decision without consultation HAM felt threatened and upset. Their anger was then misplaced on Akshu. Now, the reverse is going to happen to Abhi. Harshvardhan will argue that Arohi is a good doctor and your mother dropped the case. You had stated that this happened off hospital grounds so decision is reversed. Mahima my not like it but she will agree with Harshvardhan only because she does not currently like Akshu. Anand will agree because the firing was an unliteral decision by Abhi. Hospital politics of who is on top is going to be playing out.

It's her contract. She's a major secondary lead. The show was pitched to have a third angle. And so Arohi will always be there following Abhira around. We have to see what happens in an year when contracts are renewed. But until then Arohi will always be in the background.

First phase was as an obstacle of potential "arranged marriage interest" for Abhi and thus become the obstacle of Abhi and Akshara getting together.

Abhi and Akshara unite and then she becomes an obstacle of Abhi's insecurities and Akshu's sister/family jaap

Now that Abhira are married she is may be used as a hospital politics drama for Abhi

That can be said for both families too. Abhi has done his fair share of drama.

I agree. I feel though that Mahima will launch this quietly but Harsh will be the front to it. Harsh will execute Mahima’s plan.

Mahima is sly and never gets caught unlike Aarohi who is a baby-Mahima and owns up to all her wrongdoings.

Ikr that's more insulting to Abhi more than Akshara actually. A son returns home after marriage with his wife and the 3 main elders father, uncle and aunt were not present at home. That's actually humiliating. They could have gone to hospital after Abhira arrived or would have called them and asked them to come home early as they have to go to hospital.
