I was noticing in the episode clips that the child actor who plays Meenu ( though she did act quite well today of being scared and crying ) is being made to act in these type of sequences ... I am not sure about India, but Hollywood has some pretty serious clause relating to child actors and there acting hours etc. There used to be some tragic stories of child actors with how they were treated on shows back in the day in Hollywood.
