Amba is Mango in Marathi ... Kairi is raw mango.

And ambyachi daal is a recipe of chana dal and kairi...

Sai says na main daal galake rakhi hai... So the daal has to be soaked, then it's coarsely grinded in mixer, raw mango pieces are added and a tadka added on top.

Kairi panha is sweet tangy drink made from steaming raw kairi and blending the cooked pulp with jaggery.

Both very refreshing summer recipes. 😋😋
