It's all Tejo's plan and I think Fateh too is involved now , because there was scene where he waits outside her home but we weren't shown any scenes , Tejo must have revealed something and they are in this together!

Also the entire accusation of murder on Fateh looks like a drama they have put on. I think they might be knowing about Jasmin too , she has to be Angad's partner.
