Fact : Badtameez Dil was previously titled "Yeh Ishq Nahi Aasan". It was suppose to be a teen romcom based on english classic "The Breakfast Club" but Starplus changed the whole plot.

Maybe it would have got higher trps if it was a teen romcom. 🙂

Iknw , plus surbhi chandna was first choice for FL role but then she chose ishqbaaz bcz of gul khan

Then saurabh ne sanaya/drashti ko bhi approach kiya tha nd finally asmita sood ko finalise kiya

Sp ne gul & saurabh ke saamne ek condition rakhi thi jiski cast sabse pahle final hogi woh show sabse pahle launch hoga nd badtameez dil pahle aaya

Starplus never brought a college romcom. Till now it is not in their list i dont know why. At this moment they should bring one at 11:00 pm slot. With a famous cast and ph.

Btw sp ne koi plot change nhi kiya tha balki koi bhi novel hindi show me adapt hota hai toh aisa hi changes karte hai , exact novel ke according koi bhi adaption nhi dekha maine abhi tak

Back in 2017 when Starplus started with unique concepts even Zee too gearred up. Zee was planning to launch a legal drama named "The Judgement". Shraddha Arya was about to play the FL but phir kisi reason se pura cast scrap karna padha tab shayad she got offered KDB. Leken itna kuch hone ke baad bhi ye show aaya hi nahi not even in Zee5.
