He(seraph) was merely a messenger with no motives of his own, no brain or use except protect oracle and do her bidding! Who is like that in the show??? Think.

It's not adi! Seraph never warns Neo, or explains anything, he just does what's he has been told to do, never waver!!

It's meetu!! She is seraph, every time she waver from what nandini wanted, her plans failed!!

She was doing bidding for both nandini and vedika!! Hence my explanation of why both nandini and vedika are oracle until now but bcz of recent events(MS reveal of vedika by meetu) which was suppose to separate neo-trinity(Raya) but ram chose priya an explosion happened in everyone's life, that changed the Oracle!! So now oracle has changed.
