So far Sai has acted in many ways but i could always see her pov. But if she even considers BKs words of giving up her career i will feel very disconnected from Sai. I really hope that doesn't happen. To show V supportive, Sai doesn't need to give up on her dreams. Shes the woman who was ok walking out to follow her passion. So just coz shes in love that cannot change. Its not worth sacricing her calling/her passion just to be with V. Plus its bk, not V that told her so even more reason to give no Fs. V has always been supportive of her education. So that has not changed. Making Sai not react aggressively to such loose talk by bk will not be acceptable. She is Sai Joshi!

I guess you are on the right track. They have been with each other for long now. And they have kind of comfortable with each other. Hugs and forehead and cheek kisses are done. And they have this quirky, comical element to their relationship, where they also love to fight with each other. So they are past that initial hesitation phase with first touches. So it will be more of direct and indirect teasing..followed by two flowers caught in the act. Ab itna filmy hua hai to yeh bhi sahi🤣

But BK will begin a string of actions tomorrow. Background is wedding. I'm looking and commenting on the promo from the point of view of development. For the track to develop, there has to be some conflict and some characters have to actually behave "out of character". The question is who will.

" Out of character" characterisation is done to add an element of surprise to that particular character. And with this the character evolves further. Makers missed this crucial detail with Virat in Shruthi's track. Sai evolved but V didn't. And by evolve I mean in multi-dimensional aspect. Happened with Sai. But Virat I feel his characterisation is still stuck in one dimension.

If makers put a thought to a proper development we may be able to witness an all round evolution of Virat.

Unfortunately that's how Leena has written his character.. Till the end rono victimised himself.. His character never evolved ..vanker kept those basic traits in virat..not going to say anything about the things I liked rono over virat..

Rono also used to put Emon's dreams above anything so does virat.. Both are new age mysoginy..

One more thing is missing in virat since the shruti track his possessiveness.. After the confession he tells emon he can't imagine anyone else with emon.. There was a brief conversation before they make out.. He even tells she has tortured him for an year.. Those poignant dialogues should not missed.. Because SaiRat truly deserves it.. We deserve it

I want them to be 2 jasmine flowers and not gerbera flowers!!!

Can't comment about KD because I never watched it and don't to intend to either.

I wonder what and how they'll show.

My honest opinion - channel and makers should allow Ghum take its own course.

Now Shruthi kand in KD as stated is probably after 1 year of wedding plus confession and consummation.

Ghum has already messed it up with 5-6 years leap.

If they show Virat as possessive now, it will only look comical.

Plus I also feel with time characters should evolve as multi-dimensional - remake or original.

It's 2022 and KD was 2012.

I feel with time and relevance makers and channel should take some liberties.

Sai has proved her point at every occasion. They know her pulse well, and what to target to elicit a strong or favourable reaction for them. But what I feel is this track is more about V now. Sai has made her stand very clear all through out. And like you I would be disappointed if she gives it up. If its because V wants it then she should know that this was not the man she fell in love with. Because his sacrifices and attempts to help her realise her dream are one of attributes of making her fall in love with him.

But then like I said, I feel this is where the focus is shifting. Sai will be put to test when she is made to balance work and home. But now it is V's battle..his test to prove he is worthy of being her husband and his commitment to himself and to her to protect her and her dreams.

But movies mein to generally roses hote hai na. But I like jasmine for their fragrance

I'm absolutely okay with all poignancy, angst, high voltage drama.

My only point is makers should stop copying KD blindly. Whenever they've done, they did it at wrong time. And Sairat's story loses momentum in this.

Agar original thoda accha de sakte hai toh why copy blindly?
