AG is special …forget about this season, ever since his character’s inception he has hardly done anything worthwhile…he gets repeat of manish’s dialogues n basically following him like a tail …he started off well as kartik’s confidante..very soon he had nothing to do n then when he actually got something to do, he went and did an affair which made no sense to anything lol and now he has the coveted job of being aarohi’s foster parent where he literally does nothing other than grimacing…yeah I’m convinced his character can easily be scrapped with no effect on the show whatsoever 🤣

Why are they not showing us interview segment of harshad n pranali…I think the last one was on engagement…i mean they don’t have to reveal the track if that is what us stopping them …I love watching their interviews

I just finished watching the episode. I feel instead of putting the condition straightaway after coming to know Akshara yet again decided to become the bali ka bakra for Aarohi, he should have given some lectures to Akshara too. After the Goenkas even Akshara deserved some gyaan from him. He should have told her she too encourages Aarohi to make mistakes by not just hiding them but putting the blame on herself. He should have made her realize she did wrong by lying to the police and indirectly encouraging Aarohi to make more mistakes. After that he should have put the condition in front of her to make her realize he can't tolerate Akshara making herself a scapegoat again and again.

As he didn't do all these, Akshara thought he is asking her to choose between himself and Aarohi but actually it's not the case. They also showed it like he put that condition due to his insecurities but that was not true. He put that condition for Akshara's good and not to separate the two sisters but Akshara didn't understand because he didn't make her realize she's not just doing self harm but encouraging Aarohi too to make more mistakes. Manish made Akshara understand this but still she didn't understand. He told her to accept the condition because he is not wrong but Akshara couldn't as she's yet to realize she is doing more harm to herself as well as Aarohi with her unnecessary sacrifices.

The episode started off really well but later became disappointing when they turned it into Akshara choosing between Abhi and Aaru.

I noticed one thing in the precap. When the chandelier was falling I saw Aarohi pushing Akshara to save her life so that it will be more hard for emotional Akshara to do the wedding without Aarohi.

The condition came out of a place of protection and frustration, but once he was on the bike, his insecurities came back. And rightfully so, because once again, he was triggered by the past, which has deepened his own childhood trauma about relationships so badly. That dialogue he said about Akshu never considering him his priority as usual really bothered me. Because, Abhi is Akshu's love, and Aarohi is her burden. And even Abhi himself sees that!! It's just that his insecurities cloud his judgement sometimes... just like they did when he literally called her a liar and refused to hear anything she was saying during the confrontation scene.

The truth is that Akshu has always chosen Abhi when it really came down to it, but Aarohi's burden holds her back and makes her slow in "decisions" that would otherwise happen in the snap of a finger for her. She told Abhi during the confrontation that Aarohi is her sister, and he is her everything... and she meant it. But, this poor girl literally has had no one to take her out of these traumas her entire life, and now that she has Abhi, it will take time, but she will get there. The main issue is that Akshu doesn't even realize what Aarohi is doing to her!! She doesn't recognize her emotional manipulation, and that is what pisses Abhi off even more. I keep saying that he is trying to save her in a way that he was never able to save Manjari -- and that was so evident when Manjari was the only one who understood Akshu yesterday... because she has been in the exact same spot her entire life!

The entire concept of prioritizing and choosing is wrong in my opinion. By that logic, Abhi has also chosen Manjari over Akshu in many ways. He refused to go forward with the tilak without Manjari there. That didn't mean he was choosing her over Akshu. It just meant that he wanted both. Again, when he rejected Manish's condition, he wanted both. The difference to him and the audience is that Manjari deeply loves him, whereas Aarohi is a shame of a sister. But, if we look at it from Akshu's perspective, she is in the same spot that Abhi has been in the past. Because as of now, she is very much engulfed in her traumas and feelings of obligation towards Aarohi. In the same way that Abhi was ready to marry Aarohi for Manjari -- because, he, too, feels responsible for taking care of Manjari. Manjari in a way is a burden for him as well, because since he was a child, he has protected her from abuse and Harsh. I'm not saying that he doesn't love her and that she isn't a good mother, but in a way, both Abhira are bound to their families out of guilt and duty in addition to just love.

That is why I think it is so beautiful that with each other -- for the first time in their lives -- there is no guilt, burden, responsibility -- it is just love. And this love will teach them that both of them are just as worthy of receiving love as they are of giving. Akshu said at the beginning of the show that she wants to find herself and brought it up again when Abhi asked her what love means to her. Abhi is the one who will teach her the value she herself has. The day that Akshu stands up for herself -- no one will be happier than Abhi. Again, it goes back to why he put the condition in the first place. He needs Akshu to stand up for herself.
