Another big reason is they haven’t had any real conversations about it themselves and Imlie mata is all over the place..can’t she hold her horses for such sensitive issue and let them grow organically if they want to and then take a stand for them when they need it.

I absolutely second this..Since Ts have left and Sundar still around..with money saved and some that Imlie has saved he could have started a eatery, dhabha or coffee shop.. Would have made sense he makes money for his living independently and then thinks of supporting a life partner...
If I am Aryan..I would have exploded as well..she is just beginning to grieve..like Aryan mentioned..takes atleast a few months and not everything and everyone is her problem to solve right away..Girl .have you given up on studies or you are too Powerful to do work-life balance and everything so well ..
