Okie okie, actually Baapuji had forgotten to take his medicine previous night… and while leaving Anu had handed over medicine to Samar and instructed to give Baapuji.

so the dizziness in precap might be due that missed dosage… toh zyada kuch panga nahi hoga I am sure… just to create drama.. aur it maybe cause Baa ka baddua to come and haunt her back.
