Did they have a Sangeet? Seems like they had a mendhi which finished quite early in the day, and they only invited family and very close friends, doesn’t seem to be many guests today, and it doesn’t seem like they had a sangeet.

But would they have time to do all of that in one day? The baraat usually happens quite early in the day, the other functions usually happen the day before, I think it’s only going to be the baraat tomorrow.
That differs from wedding to wedding. I am Bihari. Baraat here happens at night. 9-10ish. The wedding continues to the wee hours of the morning. A similar thing happened at my Bengali neighbor's wedding.
