I'm still hoping for the theory that Anisha or another Birla relative did the accident and that's why Manjari is mum. Anisha has been missing for a while, suspiciously around the time of the accident so. Moreover, I think that would be more impactful than a random stranger hitting Manjari.

I'm quite sure Akshu-Aaru didn't hit her cause they are Shivin's children and they can't spoil Shivin's legacy that way, especially with Akshu having a role to play in the accident.
