No, the difference is Fateh knew Jasmeen was capable of planning, plotting and spoiling Tejo's life but still he ignored all her activities cause he thought she is his love. Tejo is not aware of Angad's extent of evilness except in the case where he abducted and manhandled her that too was camouflage by Angad behind mental illness.
It's very easy to blame Tejo for trusting Angad but if we keep ourselves in her shoes there is no reason for not doing so. We as an audience was shown first person flashback of accident, him hiding his driving license, Angad imagining/ dreaming about slapping her, His fake accident to keep her binded to Shimla, Fateh was beaten by Angad for no fault of his, Riya's nani not trusting him etc. But, Tejo is not aware about all this fact.
Tejo believes in her friend Angad cause he was there for her when she was emotionally broken cause of cheating, divorce & later Fateh-Jasmeen marriage, he stood by & spoken for her when Fateh was silent spectator to all the insult Jasmeen was spewing on her, he helped her to be away from the mess so that she can recover from her loss. Later on when back in Moga, he himself admitted & apologised that he messed up by teaming with Jasmeen. He showed Tejo that he is pulling all the strings so that Amrik/Fateh don't go to jail. When failed, he helped Tejo to be in the Virk house to help them in resolving crisis. He arranged everything in the hospital, so that they can get immediate treatment without police hassle. He helped her in nabbing Dara and hiding the truth of Jasmeen for her sake. He helped her father in his transport business. He saved Fateh when he attempted suicide. He stood by her & her family in every step, every stage without hoping to get anything in return. Tejo is standing by a friend who was there for her even without her asking for it. Tejo is wrong in supporting Jasmeen but otherwise I don't find her wrong anywhere.
