Makers know the right strings to pull and fool viewers in this gol gol ghumana game. This week we got Mukku back, so even next week can't say for sure..

So here's my POV on this:
So last week half of monday was the MS then the latter half till about wed was full monologue and sat ko we had the shagun so all in all there were about 3.5-4 decent episodes. Baaki ke 2 episodes were the baddua track. Monologue could have been a game changer had she not flipped with the whole baddua-maa bit at the drop of a hat.
so this 0.1 increase trp and 3 point increase in online trp is because of this. Online is available on demand through the day and tv par it is later - so it is not ki IPL hai ya wordly affairs hai jo tv par nahi increase ho raha.
If you remember, last year bhi IPL ka ek part Sep-Nov mid tak chala tha - that's when Anuj entered and the story was moving at a decent pace and with all the progress and the freshness that his character got on screen. and tabhi bhi, TRP was on the rise, like it was close to 4 or 4+ types. Toh it is definitely the story line which is the root cause here. Pura progress halt kar diya hai and direction hi change kar diya hai.
ek taraf they show MaAn and some tiny sa progress and the next second they go back like 10 steps along with garbage drama and this is not even being liked by the trp aunties.
And also, main baat - online show is on demand and tv happens later at night. toh pure din mein many people have access to SM (insta/twitter etc) toh kaafi log ya toh clips dekh lete hai ya padh lete hai toh unko wohi drama tv par nahi dekhna - matlab bakwaas dekhne ke bajaaye, IPL ya kuch aur hi dekhlo.
I hope the makers get this funda right and rather than waiting for the right time, start mending the story now. cus abhi bhi redemption ke chances hai. kaafi saare.
they don't have to ghusaao and please the dost. they can come up with a parallel track for him, continue with him being grey. he is not the hero and the sooner they realise, the better. give him and baa on and off drama. This obsession of increased/forced ss to him is not only hampering his charac progress but also for the show.
