I choose to be happy.

One of my favorite quotes about happiness and it was said by a character in my all time favorite movie.

“I'm happy enough. I don't expect much, I don't give much, I don't get much. I generally enjoy whatever comes up. That's my truth, summed up for your feminine judgment. I'm happy enough.”

I’m content with my life and all the blessings I have. I don’t have much complaints or regrets so I’m assuming that counts as happy.

Nothing is permanent.

To those who are unhappy, make yourselves happy by doing these if in India atleast

1. Go out of house and give some food to the needy or even your watchman if staying in a complex

2. Give some drink to the policemen or traffic police when you see them working on their legs

3. Search for old age homes and abandoned people, go there and give them something don't ask why they are there

I suffer from Cherophobia...😭
