Akshu tells Manjari that she will go talk to Abhi and calm him down. This is just a glimpse of what is going to happen after their marriage. Abhi is short tempered, will defend Akshu and get mad, and then Akshu will go calm him down. They will always have each other’s backs.
Akshu asks for permission to enter his room, and he gets upset. He says don’t start with family family today, because nothing will calm him down. What if something happened to Manjari? And he wishes that someone would have told him about the rasam. This is so true — the elders and Goenkas cannot keep dictating everything and they need to keep everyone in the loop!
Akshu assure him that it won’t happen again and that they will be mindful of it next time. Akshu says to calm down or else she will burn her mouth with the kheer and of course Abhi immediately melts. He calls her paagal and she repeats his dialogue of being pagaal in love. Whenever Abhi is in pain, upset, angry…Akshu knows how to make him smile!
Abhi feeds her and then he eats the kheer too, saying how amazing it is. HC’s expressions in this scene were so cute.
Mahima overhears them laughing and says this is just a glimpse of what will happen after shaadi and no one will listen to her anymore. She is concerned about her position and her value — again, she is getting more and more insecure of Akshu.
Akshu is about to leave, and Abhi starts singing THE SONG I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING FOREVER — AAJ JAANE KI ZID NA KARO. This was not how I imagined it, but it was too cute. Akshu says that if he sings like this, she will run away.. he says make me shut up with a kissy and they have a cute talk about kiss vs. kissy. They both kiss each other’s cheeks and just then Neil comes in.
Abhi says he needs to start knocking, and Neil says Abhi needs to start locking. Akshu and Neil tease Abhi, and Akshu asks Neil to drop her off. Abhi tells him to drive carefully. They leave, and Abhi is so happy to see Akshu’s bonding with his entire family. He says he wants the same bonding with the Goenkas, but he won’t be able to with Aarohi.
Abhi hugs Mahima and she tells him to take care of Manjari. Manjari tells Abhi that even though his words were not wrong, the way in which he said them were and to learn from Akshu. Abhi is going to have to learn to at least keep his emotions in check a little bit when defending Akshu, or he will only unintentionally make things worse for her.
The Goenkas come with flashlights and tell Akshu it is her wedding photoshoot. She says she will ask Abhi what time he is free, but they don’t care. Again, they need to be more mindful of this. But, this scene was super cute of all of them finally giving her the love she deserves. Naira’s photoshoot comes up, and she gets emotional + Swarna and Manish comfort her. I am so happy that she is finally getting all of the love from them!
Aarohi is watching again getting jealous, crying that she misses Sirat every day unlike Akshu missing her just today. Stupid & self-centered!!! Akshu also misses her parents everyday, but she does not victimize herself like Aarohi.
Abhi and Akshu call each other at the exact same time, and she tells him about the photoshoot. This scene was so cute. Akshu says I need you & Abhi says that is the same as saying I love you… this is how much he loves her!!! Him supporting her and being there for her is his ultimate expression of love.
Abhi doesn’t want to do the photo shoot because he would rather have candid photos and he cannot take instructions on how to pose romantically. This was hilarious — he says he is a model, not a doctor. Akshu convinces him of course, because her happiness is his happiness!
Aarohi gets upset with Akshu blabbing about Abhi afterwards, and sends Akshu out of the room. She claims she doesn’t care about anything and the wedding festivities now that accident is behind her, but obviously this is a lie… she is so jealous. And, now that she thinks the accident is behind her, the truth will explode.
Mahima and Anand have a fight. She doesn’t like that Anand defended Akshu, and Anand says to stop comparing herself to kid girls and competing with them. He says to stop being a feminist too. Anand really pissed me off. Mahima is out of line in comparing herself to Akshu for sure, but so many of Mahima’s insecurities come from Anand’s disregard for her. She has never felt valued. And now she is taking it out all on Akshu, which is totally uncalled for.
The next day in the hospital, Akshu and Harsh comes face to face. Akshu is about to apologize when Harsh gets called away.
Abhi and the kid are talking about the photoshoot and their bonding is so cute. The kid says the same model dialogue that Abhi had said earlier to Akshu. Aarohi then comes in and Abhi gives the responsibility of the kid to Aarohi.
Akshu comes in and Abhi teases the kid, saying that he is taking didi away to his cabin. Akshu calls the kid sweetheart and Abhi by his name, which was also such a funny teasing scene!
The kid tells Aarohi he saw her looking for something at the accident site and she flips out.
Meanwhile, Abhi and Akshu are talking outside about the photoshoot…she asks him if he did a face mask. So funny!
They go back in right as Aarohi is freaking out.
Sooo the precap… the photoshoot is in the hospital and the kid tells Akshu that he saw Aarohi at the accident site.
Looks like Akshu will piece things togehter this time before Abhi does. She will be the one to put it all together, and she won’t stay silent!!! She might honestly turn both herself and Aarohi in out of guilt, and then Abhi will come save her!!!
