diarrhea nausea 😵then the opposite from meds 😵 probz food, stress, lack of sleep maybe even some virus i got who knows🤣 last days in india were too tiring plus had loads of different foods

hence i stayed home all last week almost 8-9 days no contacts with anyone. 😔

yeah all fine now thank you 🤗❤️

took precautions with food and diet so all good now. plus home office is still on in my company hence i could work from home. glad they didnt stop it after germany stopped the general rule 🤣 their rules are a joke. hence wasted almost 10 days of freedom from parents in isolation
