From Ram’s perspective, these are the major issues,

1) Ram letting V stay at KM without revealing his past with V. From his pov (definitely not mine), he thinks he is somewhat justified as Pri clearly said she doesn’t want to know

2) Him proclaiming to close his heart forever - which he certainly knows he has to clarify

3) Priya’s past hurt w.r.t MS - this matter is a bit complicated, at one side, Priya has every right to not to trust any man, after all one’s father is one’s first role model. But Ram might think (that’s what I got from his expression) he doesn’t deserve to be clubbed with MS because he knows his truth (which he expects Priya to understand since they are living together for months and claims to BFFs)

Ram doesn’t know that there is another angle to Priya’s mistrust, the messages and letter. He needs to know about them for him to realise how justified Priya’s mistrust is.

Exactly!! The biggest piece of the puzzle is still hidden from ram jiski vajah se itna raita fela.

I agree. I found Ram’s dialogues in the bakery today underwhelming, inadequate for the gravity of hurt he has caused (he did not address the ruswaai - humiliation - at all), and non-reassuring.

He said he does not love Vedika (thank god that was the only specific thing he said) but he did not say he will never love Vedika again (since the first thing Pri had said was pehla pyaar dubara). And I dont get why he couldn’t have told Pri he loves her. So what if she is too drunk to remember. It was the demand of the moment. He can just tell her again the next day, na?!

Somehow when she asked him who do u love now, Ram sounded commitment-phobic to me. He sounded like a man who was trying to pacify his hurt wife while still asking himself ‘main kya chahta hoon’.
