Have watched a few (very few) episodes of the other show by ravi and shagun. They seem to have a pattern. Their lead actors are fab but the sons are sooooo pathetic that it's almost funny, just like Isha and Abhishek. Can't help drawing parallels with fantastic Ankit Priyanka and a few others like KVG, fateh's father, etc. and then a pathetic set of actors who have important roles such as abhishek, isha.

It's so distracting and stops you from actually getting fully involved with the storyline and the show.

Have you guys caught the other show and if yes, do you also feel the same way?

my mum loves it and says it’s a good realistic story….I can’t watch another Sargun show mogaville is enough….the cast does seem new again like UD .

I saw a few glimpses, the leads were obviously brilliant. The kids can't say, because haven't seen much of them.

To be honest I found it kind of ridiculous that kids who are doing so well in life will send a second hand wheelchair for their father. .. matlab yah to cheapness ki had hi ho gai

Well I have hardly watched it but from the little I have seen, I feel that just like UD it's not very layered, no shades of grey, characters absolutely white or black like the sons are pure evil, the daughter-in-law too and machi is also there and is pure evil. Not really my cup of tea and yes for me also after UD once bitten twice shy lol

Yes precisely though I wasn't aware of this. I guess the father is dead now. He wasn't there in the few episodes I have watched. It just happened by chance, the TV was left on and I kind of chanced to catch a few bits here and there. Doesn't surprise me they did that. that's what I meant by not layered enough.

They do not make layered characters because it does not work on ITV period. I remember a show started on Star Plus during the 7:00 p.m. slot and it was quickly wrapped up because of the low ratings. From all I have heard it was a good show, with no villain just showing real life. Could not even survive a few months.

Yes the husband is dead now. Doctor told them to get an injection it was a bit pricey, and I think they could not arrange the money. Right now the conflict is, I think, there was another friend who loved the FL and husband knew about it. Husband happened to be sharp, and he recognised that his kids were AH so he kept that man in the will in hopes that he will protect the FL because she is kind of emotional fool.

If you want to watch ITV I think Sony has way better options. I watch Kamna, and Holy F the characters,storyline, acting...it's brilliant.

I have also liked Sony shows much more than colors. Not a regular TV watcher per se not just ITV but yes I have been watching kaamna. It's really damn good. Layered certainly. Even the kid acts so well!
