I think that sara and brinda didn't heard the entire conversation. They know that Priya knows something about Ram's past but doesn't know its vedika, and brinda will let ram know so he comes to talk to Priya and she is all happy and bubbly in the party. Which is shocking to him, bcz he was expecting an angry priya.
