I know this may feel weird but I think this is a disturbing issue being a comedy lover and woman myself.

In several comedy shows I watched in past or present I have seen either male leads or other male characters being beaten, insulted, manipulated or abused in some or other way but it's shown as comedy. The good thing is they never show women in that way. But to show and promote feminism they can't every time degrade one gender. 1-2 baar thik hai but it was irritating to see this again and again. Though they toned down such things abd reduced it a lot but till last 3 years it was too much.

Blue - Coming to that shortly.

Ur bold: These people are still stuck in 1700s nd hamesha wahi rakhne wale h India ko

Ur red: bhagyas🌚🌚. I can't comprehend kitni baar vamp gang forced hero, without repercussions or worse, pregnancy drama. Thuuuu send makers to jail

There are 3 current topics which are getting negatively popularized by the way....

(1) Love Triangle - Countless number of shows are trying this formula to stick on their grounds.

(2) EMA - This topic is real and bitter but the way ITV executes this topic is absolutely hideous !!! I mean Anupama could have also been a story of a woman where leads fell out of love and got seperated. A second woman was absolutely NOT NEEDED.

(3) Toxic Love Stories - What should i say !!! Majority of the itv couples are stucked in a toxic marriage / relationship. This is really mentally stressing the viewers and i could totally feel that.

Btw neon did u noticed the negative trends which i had mentioned are the root cause of every negative trend in ITV

Only if we remove these 3 negative trends then all other will autimatically vanish into thin air

In comedy shows mostly sitcoms always you will see it is always a man getting slapped or beaten up by woman and never the other way around which actually shows that these producers have a toxic mindset.

I dont know yaar even in 2022 there are FLs wearing those bizarre and cheap material dresses and there are vamps wearing all the stylish wear. For how long will shit continue. There are very selected number of shows where FLs are shown dressing up in a today's manner.

Chee.

Promoting feminism is good thing but not at the cost of degrading men every single time. There was a story called Lugaai Peeta on Bhabhiji 5 years back. We had a serious discussion on that in forum. We discussed on few more such issues in the show keeping our love for comedy aside. The way Elaichi treated Pancham if it was other way round then Mahila Morcha aa jaati.
