This question rings in mind too...

While one part of me wants to see it hoping Imliya will know our real aru ... the other half is totally against it as the pre arvinds aru is totally different than ASR and moreover his beard is so prominent now than starting month....that I don't want anything to happen with his look ... especially after his eye injury. I mean if at all its flashback scenes.

Gosh the 100 episodes were pure magic how they weaved a story with small flashback scene... gotta give some credit to makers here to introduce a pivotal character in the middle...
