About Abhi hitting on her ego was majorly due to him rejecting her, she chose to ignore the first blows cuz she was planning her life with him that time. Aarohi was treated like queen right from the beginning, so Abhi denying her for something she couldn't take n him choosing Akshu was final nail in coffin.

I would rather say Aarohi could be a complete black on cuz see Mahima is a grey one She doesn't like Manjiri getting upper hand but we have seen her caring for her n she genuinely loves Abhi.
