I really dont think she will change much, she is shown to love ak at times (when in the hospital) but this wedding has changed her behavior....she is shown to be jealous since ever so once she gets married to neil ( I really dont want this) she will enter the birla house and she will always have a upper hand because of adoption truth will come out and her education and mahima support eventually (with anisha probs)
