At the same time, did I want to pull her in for a tight hug today? Yes.

Since I spoke on behalf of Imlie (guess I was misinterpreted), I am gonna call her out too.

(Someone please clarify) Did she ask Aryan why shaadi? And what he is to gain from this? ..She should have..As "unfair " she thought these choices are, she should have..the least she could have done

This is like PD 2.0 ..Jumping in to "save BS". She didn't care about her life earlier.. she isn't caring about it now too..

In all honesty, I looked away when she begged. (ST did a good job there). I couldn't digest that..in my head I was like "Basanti, inn kutton ke saamne mat naachne" 😆

I sympathized with her..cuz she is lost. As much as I.agree tough love is what she needs and that Aryan would give that..and yet I am sad cuz that lively girl is lost in this mess..one which she isn't a part of anyway.

No, I agree to all of you are saying but I don't think he entirely anticipated for her to agree. Going back to the PD track, Pooja and I had a huge conversation about how religious marriage is paramount to her. While, yes, she's reckless with her life when it comes to saving Aditya's life, it's hard for me to fathom how she'd make a mockery of matrimony like this. She has never shied away from fighting Aryan. Aryan was smart enough to give her two options that would make him reach his end-goal either way.

She did not put up a lot of resistance is what I am saying. Like Bea was saying, she was willing to beat the shit out of Aru when she resigned. Generally, proposing marriage as a cope-out should have triggered an equally explosive reaction from her. I wonder whether, subconsciously, she found the idea or Aru's machinations distasteful. If I am making any sense.
