I have to agree with Varsha here. If AM says that Aryan knows her thought process enough to anticipate her exact responses, then he equally knew how sacrosanct marriage is to her. Now, did a tiny part of Aryan want the same sort of belongingness for himself? The tiny terroterial part of him? Sure. Why did she effing agree to something so stupid with an equally stupid stipulation?
And fear of Aryan is not an arguement here because she just agreed to live in his house as his wife without actually being one. Why did she not negotiate something more significant than a fake marriage? Aru was equally prepared for her to say no because he was at ease when she started off with "nahi..."
