Today for me it had been - Papa Birla Papa bangaye - episode. Always knew it was her āpapaā that would be the starting of his melting point. The man who could ignore his son touching his feet for what was probably the first time in God knows how long could not ignore that word. That relationship. He took an involuntary step back when she went down on her knees, shocked more than anything else but that word brought him down on his knees.
In parallel we got to see Abhiās bond with Manish. He cribbed at the 15 min separation but one word from his bade papa and he nodded his head obediently.The parallel bonding is a treat to watch.
We had suspected that Akshara would be the one to bring Papa Birla to the function.Again, she did it when pushed to the edge and not before but Iāve finally accepted that thatās how she is. The kind who would wait for the situation to stabilize on its own, gives it and the people around the situation as much time as possible. But when things donāt change, when people donāt change, she steps in. Or rather storms in. All the dust settles in after that storm and people will once again start breathing easy.
We had seen Manish clutching his arm for one whole week before he actually had a heartattack. I guess now we have to watch Arohi and her split persona (hurting one minute and wanting to hurt the next) for the whole of this marriage track before she ends up creating the long awaited kaand. But then again, a person hurting (be it hurt ego or hurt feelings) has the most urge to lash out and hurt others. So makers are going to rub it on our face until every last viewer of the show understands her twisted thought process. Fine. OK. No complaints from our side as long as we get our Abhira scenes complete with Pinga, Ludo and of course snakes (post marriage). Waise itās a very clever move by the writers to not give clarity on what is motivating Arohi ā hurt ego or hurt feelings. Maybe a combination of both? Because today I saw both. This shade of grey is very interesting for me.
I wonāt analyze the game. I was too busy watching Abhira and their comfort level with each other in front of their families. Something like this wouldnāt have been possible had the Tilak 1.0 had happened without all that drama. They would have been this blushing, shy, hesitant couple, tentative in their love. But now, afterwalking through fire, they are here, together. Teasing each other. Her with her Chidkuraam and him with his tujhe mein batata hoon. Weāll get to watch the rest of the game tomorrow so maybe then Iāll think on the deeper meaning (if any) behind the fun game.
That said, it was a lot of fun to see Harsh getting so involved and Abhi not frowning or glaring at his sir. Manishās comments on Harsh got me ROFL. Harnish have way more chemistry that Kanisha, I tell you! Oh and today Arohi gave another free advice to Neil. Theyāre building up that angle quite nicely.
Finally thank you Hotstar for posting the epi on time. I could get to see it and giveout my thoughts before my crazy day begins.
And yeah! I told you ā he will be collecting his fee on Friday or Saturday episode. ThankGod he didnāt decide to be āwholesomeā and say bringing Papa Birla to the function is the fee. š¤£ Abhi ki soch meri soch se kitni milti haina, Haisha andPooja? š¤£ He has his Pinga priorities in the right order. š¤£
