Checked out the link..and it's surprising how you were spot on and everything is being played out. The intoxication, his persistence in finding her...I have always found that thing admirable in Aryan. Once target is locked in his head, the guy will go to all extremes. People find it intrusive. It's a fine balance. The thing is he isn't the one getting anything out of it..(in the long run, we know what's gonna happen)..he has zero expectations..and don't want any gratitude too.
Oh..jeez..I have melted..and I was angry at the guy earlier šš
Ok..this won't happen..but no harm in wishing.. just wishing, not expectingš..that Aryan himself shares whatever conditions of the shaadi to Narmada (or Arpita). And then Narmada scolding him...and actually giving Imlie not choice, but full freedom (no strings attachef) to leave and live her own life. Clear contrast between the two MILs..Imlie is stunned..but chooses to stay.
Well idk... I just watched that episode early morning and the length of that scene was irritating af... And i couldn't get it Outta my mind kept thinking and one thing led to another...
Most theories are waste here, but some big picture theories do work...
Ikr... I can't be angry at him because it's all the fine balance with him, even the forced wedding scenario is acceptable to me because of my SS theory.
I really did want imlie to develop feelings outside matrimony but that would be possible in ideal world where she was able to detach herself from toxic family sooner or later, but here the cycle is no where near breaking..
And then we always have means and ends arguments to fall back on.
We've to wait to see the end to judge, because even road to hell was paved with good intentions.
It's not like her first partner's intentions were ever bad too, but not all relationships work out and that's just the bitter truth.
The in-laws contrast could happen but much later i guess when she actually starts seeing things for what they are.
