Have a friend IRL..with similar traits to Imlie..not as adventurous..but who is having a serious identity crisis...destructive behavior. Years of emotional abuse. Unlike Imlie, the friend is well past her 40s..That's why I haven't washed my hands off Imlie, however infuriating it may be. Cuz I know what might be going on in that head of hers. And I know how frustrating it is for the people who genuinely care too.

I am also waiting for any 'twist' 😆 however miniscule it may be..anything to understand this shaadi 😆😆

Sad to hear about your friend, but it's a real thing, emotional abuse does more harm than physical imo... I've seen a close relative go through that, and she's still in that relationship... Living hell but then IRL there's no ASR to save us, we women have to be our own ASR and chose the mushkil raasta

I mean..after Aryan entry, what made him arrive at the conclusion that they are not right for Imlie? We the audience know the entire story..But Aryan, isn't bias the driving force behind his decision?

I'm not good at analysing things, pretty much take scenes at face value and it takes wonderful reviews here to make me most of the hidden emotions.But some scenes that comes to this conclusion are there. Like

He does recognise Imlie's hero complex.

He sees her impulsiveness in small acts like her jumping from roof just to get the truth out. Without thinking about her safety.

Salary for loan installment.

Her not moving away from road-roller.

CEO day shenanigans.

Her requesting WFH and loosing focus from work.

Her arguement with reporters which will make future chances of her getting job difficult.

He may not think Tripathi's are bad or selfish but he sees that they are bad for Imlie and her carrer.

So how do we think aunty and baby doll will be involved? More love triangle stuff or just them showing imlie what good in laws should do if people say mean things to her? (Also if any of y’all would like to send good vibes towards my mom that would be great. Just found out she has to get surgery).

I hope regardless of how Gudiya acts narmada and arpita support imlie wholeheartedly.
