Basically Aryan's marriage proposal seems to be the outcome of 3 instances...

1) in his hospital dream akt taking her away (akt proposal to imlie, idk he knows about it but i think he guessed it between the begging scene and crowing in office scene)

2) imlie goading him with "tum aapan nahi ho, Aditya sir hai" on Monday episode -- cue he realises her need for relationship/family

3) he saw her ignore her career today for T family spat with the reporters scene

He clearly sees how demented she has become under their influence, then it was followed by her begging him to let go of revenge as it's hurting her family --- cue If he left her alone she'll keep begging for them all her life, his vision of Imlie tripathi

Then he has this vision of that girl whom he met without knowing her connection with her ex and named her jungli seeing that inherent sparks, that he wants to nurture into full blown fire that could burn the world single handed.

When these two came in conflict, he had to make a quick choice even of it puts him in the bad light

Some other feelings are also there, some jealousy, possessiveness, envy, need to have her in his life... But they seem too inherent and subconscious at this point (saying purely based on how I interpret the character)

That's a nice contrast you drew there..the free girl with lots of potential at the start of their meeting vs the girl now burdened with worries..

In short, he is trying to save her from herself ..from being a female Hercules ..

Usko mirchi lagi, but he understands her need to have relationships finally (me thinks) and he also knows about her being an illegitimate child.

The saving from self is a stupid premise unless you factor in Stockholm syndrome

Nope, Aryan isn't making an uninformed decision about the Ts. In all his time with her, there are atleast three different times when she's recounted the miseries of the past year of her life to him.

1) The bridge scene

2) The divorce + sorry Imlie scene

3) AdiNi marriage scenes + the kitchen scene post the AdiNi wedding

Plus, being present through the AdiNi wedding festivities and witnessing firsthand her humiliation by her ex-husband and his to-be wife coupled with the silence of her family is sufficient for anyone to see how much they truly really value her. Their selfishness is pretty evident for anyone who wants to see and Aryan is nothing if not perceptive.

Then their ungratefulness during the R's at T house track where Imlie is looking after Aparna, cooking for the Ts, going the extra mile but they don't even have the decency to ask her to sit and eat with them at the table. What freedom and support can you expect from such people?

Yeah.. you are right. I didn't factor all these. Cuz it wasn't explicitly shown, forgot that she had shared with him all that she had faced in the past year. Was only thinking of what he 'saw' at face value . Them being silent spectators at the wedding did cross my mind though...and those few days at the T house cemented his thoughts.
