Paru, have heard about Covid after effects. My inky suggestion might be do some breathing exercises as part of yoga and do some meditation. It might improve your overall health.
I am a follower of yoga and meditation and has helped me get into shape and overall health has improved considerably.
As for Shivaās redemption, have no hopes. And agree with you, it is time for the makers to get rid of Raaviās character, so all of us can get, āMuktiā and āShantiā while Suman and Shiva rot in hellš

Hoping this fanbase continues to see them through better and diverse avenues of acting. I, for one, want to see both of them in OTT or Sony shows.
