My heart yearns to see these moments enacted on screen .

I anticipated that too. I anticipated him to kiss her hand or side her hair or even attempt a forehead kiss. But Priya being Priya has only platonically accepted him, she being awake, would have really gotten creeped and moved 15 kadam peeche!
