See it not geneslisatiin it is common problem that can pregant lady have a am not saying sabhi ko ek jaise problem hoti hai but there are chances koi difficulty ho. Sakti hai ur aida nahi hai ki prgant lady ko bilkul suppor ki jarorat nahi padti . Till 5month she some how can manage but after 6,7 month use thoda bshut support ki jaroor hoti koi bhi pregant lady after 6 month poori tarsh akele nahi reh sakti
my doctor told me in my first visit itself that i should not use products/makeup/shampoo with certain ingredients which can be harmful. Also she told me what to eat based on me being vegetarian. Then she gave me coupons of maternity cloth stores and also of some pharmacy products that i will need for stretch marks and nausea. In fact there are websites which sends you daily or weekly email on what u should be expecting that particular week of pregnancy. What stage baby is and what symptoms u will feel this month. My doctor even told me exercises at every visit. In last 3 months she even made me practice breathing that is needed during labour.Originally posted by: surabhi01

Ek bucket bhi agar pregant ladies agar uthaye to hernia ya miscarrisge ke chances ho sakte hai isliye weight uthane ko mana karte hai

Matlab jub main khud na batoon ki ki mujhe yeh problem hai how can doct suggest me yrh tum avoid karo
