she is a jalebi maker. reminded me of khushi. and the hero blames his father for his mother's death, again similar to arnav. Not saying this show is copying IPK but so many shows post IPK used that theme directly or subtly no?

the last movie i watched in theatres was this december, Spider man, with my lil cousin brother. and before that, Eternals, so both marvel movies 😆 now the theatre near me is playing Batman and i am like no thanks lol.

and the last holywood movie i watched in the theatres was frozen 2 (in early 2020) and last bollywood movie was dabaang 3 (don't remember the date). so it's been ages since i stepped into the theatres. our theatres were also closed for most of the pandemic and nothing worth watching came out since then

hmm could be, i never watched mithai but the name and promos suggest she's a dessert maker (mithawali). i'll ask my mom about the story and then we can decide whether it's a copy or not

anyway you are right, many shows have copied ipk's theme one way or the other but nothing can touch ipk ❤️

I havent watched any frozen movies yet, somehow. I started with frozen1 but had to leave in between and never got to resume. maybe i will watch now.

i havent watched a bollywood movie in theatres since 2015 or 16 i guess. tanu weds manu-2 and bahubali-2 are the ones i remember watching. or maybe some flop movie i watched which i dont remember now 🤣

@frozen: don't worry you aren't missing out anything. frozen 1 was a nice movie because it focused on sisters' bond instead of love story but frozen 2 was annoying. i regretted watching it in the theatres

wow, any specific reason you haven't watched bollywood movies in the threatres for so long? is it because you don't have any theatres showing bollywood movies or there was nothing worth watchig?

@frozen - is it? one of the shows I followed "jane the virgin' had mention of Frozen so i was intrigued. i will watch part 1 only then, thanks for that tip.

@b'wood movies - yeah mainly because the theatres here as well in my uni town didnt show b'wood movies that often. when they did, I did not always have company 🤔 so it had to wait until i went home.

any good movies you watched recently? specially comedy? I want to watch some comedy movies tomorrow, need some destressing before next week starts

otherwise i will just go back to good old "Ready" (salman movie which is total brainless fun 😆)
