Only in the hospital scene, we saw Pallavi realizing her love, same way Raghav in the confession scene, before that we were not privy to their love…yes they were hopelessly attracted to each other since the beginning and even felt protective for the each other in many occasions…there are many scenes where both are ogling at the other person, even share intense eye locks, they got restless when they felt the other person was in danger…they even helped out the other person when he/she was in need and all this happened when both were daring and challenging each other…now that daring and challenging was just a pretext to cover up their underlying feelings or they were fighting with this new found feelings is open to interpretation…all the emotions they were going through might have led to them falling in love had Sulo not come up with the keerthi kand…but in the Hyderabad track they opened up more and also vocal with the feelings and emotions they shared…

That is what I am saying!! Raghav gave Pallavi a chance and somewhat took her seriously!! He gave her the respect which she was looking for and which no one gave her!! This is the first thing which attracted her to him!! Physical attraction started much later when she saw him doing Bharatanatyam in his room!! If she was so disgusted with him then regardless of his asking to give him the chance to amend and rectify his mistakes, She wouldn't have listened!! But she did because she wanted to give him a chance because she also wanted him to change and was attracted to him!! Pallavi realized a lot before Raghav that she is in love!! The way she reacted around Raghav in RR mansion and the way she got happy when she found Raghav sleeping on top of her!! Caressing his biceps, not believing him when he confessed he killed Mandar and even ready to take the risk of getting herself in Jail with Raghav!! This all indicated she already was in love and she knew it but kind of ignoring it thinking Raghav did not love her as till that nail accident Raghav did not show any kind of romantic gestures towards her but the accident made her realize anything can happen in life and she needs to confess her feelings till there is time!!

Tapori Raghu would have become a hit also but would not be as hit as Raghav Rao!! The character was never seen before complex character ML in ITV!!
