Ads go to people with large social media following.

She might not *deserve* the movies, but I assume her following on Insta is large enough to justify the ads.

Of all the things to blame to nepotism for, ads are way down the list. Companies/agencies need to sell their product, and they base decisions on the bottomline.

Why don't you ask why does she have over a million followers on Instagram even before doing anything?

It's because people are interested in anyone who is related/close to famous people. And brands are only capitalizing on that fame.
