I think its because AKT is like Imlie in that he changes direction every minute where as ASR has stood his ground.

I swear man, they better not ruin this beautiful bond of the Rathore Family. It's so refreshing. And it particularly serves as an antidote to the T Clan, just like AKT serves as an antidote to ASR in the present narrative. Just like that, there's the T Family with their conditional love ( no matter how much they try to whitewash them, they are irredeemable) who couldn't accept Imlie because she was a househelp toh izzat chali jaati and then there's the wholesome Rathores, especially Narmada who just wants her son happy. Realistically speaking, divorced woman are not preferred by Indian mothers of several men, in fact they are condemned for it which is despicable again but that's the society. Here, Narmada doesn't change her stance once about Imlie and Aryan when she gets to know that Imlie was married once, just a little time ago. In fact, she becomes more empathetic to Imlie and respects her boundaries after that. That's something I really appreciated then and will do so further.

Of course, the Tripathis bring the clear contrast between them and the Rathores. Haan, they manufacture the most useless drama but ITV hain toh chalta hain especially when you can liberally use the Fast Forward button, or see the T Clan to judge their hypocrisy for ourselves.

That was my thought too during the entire PF. Like proof was given..and he was swayed by AC & Aparna..and the guy chose to ignore it thinking it was another of Imlie's never ending misunderstandings against Malini.

In the show, Malini's PF was shown as "apne parivaar ko bachana" .which was highly illogical. To stop a son separating from his mother??!! Ok..staying apart wasnt Malini's idea. And any son choosing to shift to another house for the peace of the family isn't breaking of the family. (Stereotype)

But after the PF..looking at how broken Imlie was..I realized that she was stuck on the PF cuz she wanted to prove herself right. She wasn't trusted by the entire family..and that has been eating at her ever since. Actually, Malini fell into the pit she was digging for Imlie 😆. Imlie's PF took off only after the brothel incident. If Malini had just left her alone...after Aparna got well, Imlie would have moved back to the Rathores. *shudders* thank you Malini or else God knows how many more days we would have to watch endure the Hum Saath Saath Hain on our screens😆
