I liked it . Movie is good one time watch . Best apart about it the actors have done a great job . Everyone does justice to their character but it is ALIA BHATT S SHOW . She holds your attention throughout .There are scenes where I almost wanted to reach out to her, to hug her and keep her safe . And there are scenes that makes you want to stand up and clap for her . There atleast two such scenes where theatre was clapping . The supporting cast is good too . Shantanu is so adorable, so charming . I see a great futurre for him . Vijay raaz is solid in small role that he has . They could have used him more

Movie could have been a more crispier though and tad bit shorter . It will make you cry and it will make you feel disgusted but more than anything it will make you root for gangubai

I will give it - 3.5/5 .Go watch it to see alia act her heart out

Fantastic... Alia Bhatt is a star, never saw a theater this packed and audience this much into a female centric movie before.

Wowow just read in twitter that the first day going to be around 8-9 crs😲 Superstar Alia. No wonder that certain actors going crazy with their PRs😆

And people were asking by slb und farhan are casting alia in their female oriented movies. Well, the answer is clear - right now she is only female star who has very good star power.

I'm glad Alia is working out for SLB and that he's given love stories a miss here. Also Ranveer, Deepika and SLB needed a much deserved break from each other. That aside, is Varun Kapoor's role significant and how was his performance? He plays Alia's boy friend who elopes with her and sells her.
