A lot of really dull stuff, but there were some exceptions. Mushk started out with a really nice feel. Had great acting performances...but then the story got a bit repetitive...like it was going on in loops. But still good watch especially because of Urwa and Imran...their scenes were the highlight.
Apart from this Ghisi piti mohabbat was fun... i did not watch it properly but i keep returning to it and just watch any random episode and it is always entertaining. I love Ramsha Khan.
Tried watching Raqs-e-bismil for Imran Ashraf... started out well but then the complications kept building up and what with covid, lockdown, deaths in the family, was not in the mood to take that mental torture. Stopped watching mid-way and then just watched the end episode. Same for Hum kahan kay sachay the. Love Mahira but the pain and misunderstandings kept building and that relentless torture was just too much to take.
Chupke Chupke on the other hand was very funny. Has Mira Sethi! I am watching it these days actually. Just an episode here and there. Funny stuff with eccentric characters. I am on board.
Also skipping through Dobaara for Bilal Khan/Hadiqa Kiani scenes. I really want it to end happily for the two though at present it is pretty much messed up.
Btw i don't know what is wrong with Mawra but she keeps doing these bechaari women roles. I want her to do something a bit fun. But anyway she is in this sob story at present called Qissa Meherbano Ka. A new actor is in it who is really cute, looks intelligent and has some really good acting chops. Am talking about Khushhal Khan. Check him out, he did an interview for 'something haute', the youtube channel.
Finally have to mention the ongoing drama starring none other than Atif Aslam called 'Sang-e-Mah'. It is shot in Baltistan (pok/ak) has an AMAZING cast and judging by the one episode i watched people are actually talking in a kashmiri accent...which shows that they took some trouble to get into the characters. It is also thankfully subtitled.
Sorry for the looong reply..🤪
