Oh do you watch Leena Gangopadhya's stuff ? Even though, her shows turn to shit real quick. But her social commentary is mostly on point and I think that's what sells easily in her serials. Be it Sreemoyee which turned to Anupama, Icche Nodee which turned to YRKKH Gen 3 or Khorkuto which turned into Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Se and the list is endless. Like there's a certain statement she tries to make which drives her whole show but the moment TRPs start falling, the narrative goes for a toss.

i've watched a lot of hers! the problem is she's just like gul re social commentary but she's way more interested in showing really disgusting things because "this is what happens irl" maybe so but not at the rate that she shows them. also who in her life hurt her OR got hurt by a half sister, how do you have 6 of 32 shows with half sister love triangles?!?!?!? or how she just remade kusom dola (ghum) again that's starting next monday lol. she also loves the sound of her own dialogue so everything is ENDLESS monologues. khorkuto is also really screwed up the way she did a lot of the arcs like gungun just stealing her sister in law's child in attempts to show ptsd, mess. i hope KKIS doesn't do it. the guy in khorkuto is also gross and gungun's actress is way too old to play her.

i will say all the remakes are usually much better because they saw where the originals went wrong, and i wrote an entire article about this!

The promo is just weird tbh... He forces Imlie to marry him (OMG really... that's not possible...in denial), then they r faking it (okay that makes sense) but then AKT comes to get them married for real (Okay so our Arylie shipper is always doing the best thing for Arylie...he probably doin it so that Imlie would maybe reveal the truth that they aren't really married but they will end up getting married for realzzz).... YAASSS okay i just thought about this and I like this plot.

If they are giving a forced marriage to Arylie like they did Adilie then I may just want three shaadis for them too. Three weddings and funeral actually. First this forced one then another in Pagdandiya in front of Meethi and Satyakam and then one in front of the the Tripathis. With the one in front of the Tripathis Aryan could walk in on them trying to persuade Imlie to reconcile with Aditya then Aryan could fix them with an angry glare and declare "Imlie humare patni hai". If one or more of the Tripathis died there and then we could have a funeral too. My preference of the one to die first goes in this order Aparna, Aditya, Rupi then any one or even all of the others.😈
