Hmmm if Manish is the missing link here, then maybe it would be him who tells her? But we have yet to hear what Abhi will say in response to her tomorrow...she does seem normal in the precap though when she thinks she shouldn't call Abhi because he would be busy in the pooja, not because they got into a fight. You are making perfect sense.

Abhi doesn't tell that he is hurt or pick a fight with her. And she won't realise that he has misunderstood her words unless there is silence from his side or Manish says something to her.

We have to see what route the makers take.
