Virat and Sai walking out of CN.

This could be the trigger wherein Virat saw the real faces of people at CN.

It stuck me suddenly. Virat was a lot more reasonable when he is not in CN. Sangat ka asar, maybe. And we are spared Pakhi/Sonali/Omkar/BK.

I soooo wanted this to happen.

Part 2: It is now about "US"

City Hospital - Virat's room

Virat and Sai healed each other through their apologies and confessions of love every few hours in the past two days. Virat could see how much Sai was hurt just looking at her withered face. There was a deep pain, the pain of betrayal that would pull her into tears abruptly amidst of normalcy. Now that her fear of losing him was over, she could feel the hurt even more! She was rendered lonely and helpless, having no one to share her pain with when she needed it the most.

Virat has been seeing her leaving the room whenever someone from the family visited him. No one tried to talk to her, no one apologized to her either. Then why did they all stand by her when he was misunderstood. What if he was really in an affair? He was sure now that they would have left her after a while and accepted him without any complaints. And that realization hurt him more. She is only tied to them through him. There was never any bond with her from any of them.

On the day of discharge, he asked Pulkit to take Sai with him as he had to go to CN once. Sai insisted she would come, but Virat did not agree.

"Sai, I have things to finish there. I will ask my staff to help pack our things and move it to our new quarters. Till then you be at Pulkit's house. It is just matter of few hours.", he persuaded her.

CN Doorstep.

Samrat picked up Virat from the hospital. He was surprised that Sai did not follow them, but he did not ask for any details. For Samrat, It was definitely troubling to see Virat without Sai in their house. It could unleash several possibilities in his life too. Still he did not ask for her, he could not gather himself to ask anything about Sai after he left her for her fate few days back.

Ashwini brought the Aarthi, and was shocked to see Virat alone without Sai. She did not ask too, even though her eyes conveyed the confusion.

"Aai will you not welcome me?", Virat interrupted his mother's train of thoughts.

"Come Godu.", she said calmly not before looking back at the door to see if someone followed.

BK came forward and hugged him, "Mera beta! Finally came home fit and healthy" she remarked. "Sorry Virat. I, your Kaku who always felt proud of you failed to trust you.", she lamented. "It was all because of your wife, she made so much drama that we lost sight of who is who. I suspected our own blood believing an outsider.", she said in her usual tone to which Virat smirked slightly.

"Welcome dada. I am sorry.", Mohit said so softly that barely anyone could hear.

CN living room

Everyone seated in the living room when Pakhi unable to control her happiness, spoke the first words to remind everyone of Sai's absence.

"So Finally, the bad omen around Virat is left for good. Badi mami I dont think Virat will have to face any near death situations like this. We unnecessarily believed in Devi tai's superstitions and let her stay with Virat for longer. If we had sent her long back, we would not have seen this situation now.", she said confidently with her all-knowing airs.

No one spoke for a while when Virat broke the uncomfortable silence.

"Thanks for your observations Pakhi!", Virat said plainly when the MohitePatil couple arrived wishing Virat.

"How are you Virat beta", Pakhi's dad asked.

"I am good Kaka. And kaku." Virat wished them back, "I am glad you came here on time with such a short notice.", he thanked.

Everyone is bewildered why the parents of Pakhi were called now suddenly.

Pakhi's heart was exploding with happiness that finally Virat understood her worth and might ask her parents to exchange her hand from Samrat to Virat.

After what passed like an eternity, Virat spoke again.

"Let me start from where it all started.", Virat started scooting a little forward so not to rest his back to the sofa as ordered by his wife. He then turned to MohitePatils and addressed Pakhi's dad.

"Kaka, you know what happened on Pakhi's Mehndi day.", he spoke to their shocked faces. He was eyeing Samrat also as if asking him to pay attention to what he was saying. "So that day when I found Pakhi as my brother's bride, I made up my mind to not marry her. It was an instantaneous decision from my end. Because I have seen how much my brother loved her. ", he said smiling at Samrat and continued. "And in those few days I have known your daughter I have known her as a friend and wanted to propose her for marriage because I thought she would fit into my family. Yes I was attracted to her.", he paused taking an uncomfortable gulp. "But it was nothing more than that. I genuinely hoped she would be happy with my brother for he is a good man and fit well in my family.", he stopped before confronting his biggest mistake.

Pakhi was confused now as to what Virat was conveying. Is he going to accede to his mistake of giving her up and ask them for her hand again?!. She could not think anything beyond that, while Virat took turns looking at Samrat and then back to Pakhi's parents.

"I made a terrible mistake that day, by promising that I would remain single if she marries my brother.", he said bowing his head down in shame. "I dont know whether Pakhi told this to you or not. But I did make that blunder which made her to agree with the marriage. I am so sorry for that.", he apologized holding his hand and looking at Samrat equally troubled. "And I meant it when I made that promise to her because I was heartbroken too. I thought what I had for Pakhi is love and I could not find that anywhere else.". he paused, now for a longer time and then controlling his tears looked up and told Mr. MohitePatil. "I was wrong. I was so wrong. I fell in love, this time without any scope of falling out of it and finding it elsewhere again. I fell in love with my wife, Sai." he declared looking at Pakhi. and continued still...

"Why I am confiding in this to you is because...this is such a simple and straightforward thing...that I love my wife, isnt it?", he casually questioned him without expecting any answer. "But your daughter here, even after telling her multiple times directly the same thing which I told you, could not understand it. Moreover, she played with me, my wife and her husband's feelings without an ounce of guilt for an year and more.", he said now fuming at Pakhi. "I supported her at the cost of my marriage, at the cost of my wife's feelings thinking that she had trouble moving on when Samrat was missing. I expected her to make a decision for herself and Samrat when he came back. But no, she has kept everyone in dark, especially my brother who consoled his heart to give a chance to his marriage. So, I am saying this to you like your daughter's good friend that she needs medical help and your attention. Because in my family, no one bothers about anyone's feelings. She doesnt get the kind of help she needs here. So being her parents, please take her to your home and help her recover.", he said.

MohitePatils where shell shocked, and Pakhi was mute with widened eyes. Samrat was close to tears. BK and family were dumbfounded. Sonali and Karishma were gleeful. Pakhi's mom was furious and tried to talk but Mr. Mohitepatil gestured her to stop. He instead took Virat's hand and said.

"Thanks beta. We will take her away right now. I hope Samrat will agree too. We can decide what we can do later.", he said genuinely thanking Virat for speaking out the truth at last which he had also been observing in his daughter too. They left to Pakhi's room, when Virat said he needs to talk to his family and Pakhi should be present as well as she is his sister in law. After they left to Pakhi's room, Virat started again now looking at his Kaku.

"Kaku, I always thought that though you have archaic ideals, you were smart enough to read people. Even when you vehemently suspected that I could stray because Sai could not be my wife, it is fair point, I thought. I did not expect anyone of you could think better than this detail. After all, it is our mistake and someone's enthusiasm with my personal life ", he pointed to Pakhi "that made our personal life public which made you all think like this. I agree there is no fault of yours. But how can you not think that your decisions pertaining to one Son of the family could have effect on the other? What is the reason to ask Pakhi to stay with me when I was unconscious, knowing that we shared a past and Samrat could get hurt by it? I share a better bond with karishma,", he looked at karishma. " I always considered her my sister. Sonali kaku is my aunt who took care of me since childhood, or Shivani bua who is more like a friend to me. If not anyone else, I dont think my mother would back off from taking care of me. Why on earth did you entrust this responsibility on Pakhi, after all that she did after Samrat's return. I know you dont want Sai to come near me. Then why dont you, yourself stay with me to ward her off! What are you trying to show here? Use Sai's biggest insecurity against her, to prove a point that Pakhi had a past with me...to whom? to Sai? who has multiple times sacrificed me already so I can start a life with Pakhi? or to Samrat? your other son who is desperate to start his life afresh with her. I can only see insenstivity and cruelty in your decision.", he rebuked her to which Kaku could not say a word in her defence.

Then he turned to his parents.

"Proclaiming your DIL is same as your daughter is not enough Aai. It needs a lot of compassion. I did not understand that till I suddenly realized how Sai's father, my late father-in-law took a bullet for me. He truly saw me as someone who is like his daughter, the daughter for whom he can give his life. It is not easy! And you have his 'ansh' with us by luck. And you lost it by your fear, fear that she might indeed have caused this mishap to me.", he said looking pitifully at his parents. Ashwini wailed at his words realizing how she had hurt her DIL. Virat continued not melting at her tears. "You protected her all this while only to leave her when she needed you the most. Her parents would not have done that, ever. You both are her in-laws ONLY, just tied to her through me", he said as a matter of factly. Then looked at everyone and said "You all are tied to her only through me. You thought you had genuine concern for her. But this accident should help you come out of that illusion.", he said.

"So, I am here to make a decision for me and my wife. I have lost one and half year, hurting myself and hurting her, believing that you will all help us navigate this troublesome marriage, that we set upon both of us. We could not be husband and wife to each other, but we did everything together as a couple trying to solve every issue in this house. Or rather my wife took it upon herself to help everyone in this house and I supported her as it was my duty. Now, for the first time she seeked help from me...to help her recover from her heartbreak which is given by you all who she considered her family. I have you all, even after whatever blunders I might commit, but she only has me to forgive or cherish her. And I am not complete without her. I will not be the same Virat without my wife. I am transformed by her presence. I thought you too did. But alas, no. So I am going to leave this house and build a home with my wife. We need space to heal and we will not get it here." , he said unapologetically. "I am here to just convey this to you all so you will not misunderstand Sai again for my decision." and looked at his parents "Aai, Baba you are my parents and I have responsibilities towards you. I forgive you for all that had happened and I apologize for everything I have put you through in the past few days. You are welcome to stay with me and Sai. Otherwise, please take care of yourself. Sai and I will visit you frequently." he said smilingly.

No one spoke a word nor defended themselves. Only Pakhi came forward saying "Viraaaaat" to which BK shouted "Patralekha! enough." which stopped her in tracks. Ashwini and Ninad just stayed silent acceding to their son's decision.

Virat took blessings from everyone and hugged his brothers before asking one of them to drop him at Pulkit's place.

Everyone knew the place will not be the same henceforth...not because son of the house left, but the joy of the house was pushed out of the house with their own hands.

NOTE: I was so pissed off with CN wasis for their sudden flip on Sai. I so want her to move out of the house with Virat. And let them repent. Sorry if it sounded too melodramatic. But I could not help.

I want to expose pakhi this time...by Virat himself once for all.

Finally Virat showed his spine.

Both storylines I penned in my post had somewhat similar endings. Virat standing for his wife and leaving the toxic house. He was much better in GC (when these people were not there around)

Pakhi needs to be exposed royally in the show. Itni baar bola to bhi samajh nahi aata usko.

Yes I think everyone wants Sai to move out of CN for good.
