I watched a really old one on Youtube like 4-5 years ago. It was called Dhoop Kinare, about doctors. I was surprised by the quality of the acting and the storyline.

Indian dramas sy better hoty hain 😅 mein Meri mom aur meri Mil and our relatives who live in Qatar sab Pakistani dramas dekhty Hain Indian dramas nahi dekhty Hain
