The only logic that I can think of is Ram doesnt understand Vedika's kitchen politics. But what I do not understand is , why do I try to find logic in what Ram does..

Honestly getting bored of Vedika . I am eagerly waiting for Vedika and Rams past to be exposed. Only then we can get some solace. Else Ram and Priya's story wont move forward.
