Not sure whether he was shocked but more like nervous, apprehensive, jittery, overwhelmed all emotions together when he thinks his 26 year long wait is coming to an end. His no ummed was so ingrained in his mind that the nervousness come like a second nature to him. Just like Anu, talking long passages is her nature. It’s a mixed feeling for him will it be true? Or is it too good to be true? Is this a dream? Will my dream burst? If it’s true, what should I do? How do I contain it or express it?

That’s how I felt it
