Just by looking to the moment Abhira can understand.....that they are the only ones who can help Kaisha and both the families..... there is no time for their own arguments.... if they stand together they can win the whole world.... if they stand on opposite sides..... things will get only messier....

I guess Writers want to show no matter how bad aur ugly the situation become.... Abhira can have different opinions disagreements.... They will stand besides each other.... holding unto each other....In end their love will only grow for each other....

That is why Utkarsh symbolised Abhira as Lotus....

No matter how ugly bad the situation will be.... their love is pure..... even when its roots are in the dirtiest waters, the Lotus produces the most beautiful flower..... the same way Abhira even being in the most bad situation.... their love will be the most beautiful and will only grow by the time and situations.....
