Alia is experimenting which is good. And its working for her. Kalank was a bad film. But from the looks gangubai is not. She absolutely nailed the character from trailer. This song seems out of place because we don't know the context. What happened to make alia so angry almost maniac like. We will have to watch the movie for it.

Even if this isn't a bad movie don't think it's gonna be SLB level successful

KJO has spoilt it for me.. Alia's dance.. i can never see her dancing .. no matter how good she might be

OMG now I can't unsee it. KJo does dance like this with these expressions 😆!!!

Not sure if she tries to ape madhuri or is actually looking like her.

The song doesn't sound catchy or novel. Alia sadly has a baby face and child like body, which does not suit a role which demands being sexually appealing, luring and being crude too. The way she danced was like a robot, not with pathos or being emotionally-charged.

Also SLB has very grand songs; lavish set, dancers, colours, lights, camera angles, which are all lacking here.

I like her expressions. My comment was re: her dancing. She's not one, and it shows. Her talent is acting.

But SLB always overwhelms the story and the performances with unnecessary sound and color and movement. I had hopes from the trailer this one would be different. The song/dance makes me doubt it.

This song totally sucks! 😵That usually ruins even stellar effort and dance performances and this one is so so. Another example is Pinga .... who actually listens or parties to that song despite PC and Deepika putting in their heart and soul into it?

They could have done much, much better with the song. That woulda compensated for the rest of the shortcomings.

Disappointed. Something is lacking.
